She was predeceased by: her husband Eric Lacroix; her parents, Jim Herchenrader and LaVerne Herchenrader; her siblings, Bill, Walter, Pat, Jimmy Herchenrader, Sandra Kraemer, Evelyn Kinley and Elizabeth Herchenrader; Larry T. Lathem, Jr..
She is survived by: her children, Joyce Thompson (Alan), Marvin Berry (Pam), Anna Lathem, Tim LaCroix and Debra Ann McGlothin; and her siblings, Donna Herchenrader, David (Debbie) and Michael Herchenraderand Cecil Byers (Rita). She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 25 great-grandchildren and 7 great-great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 15th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Thursday, October 16th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Ratterman Southwest Funeral Home (4832 Cane Run Rd, Louisville, KY 40216). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Evergreen Cemetery (4623 Preston Hwy, Louisville, KY 40213).
