He was predeceased by: his parents, Estil Calvin and Emma Renetta "Miller" White; his wife Millie Dean White; and his daughter Pam Holt. He is survived by: his daughter Rhonda Moore; his grandchildren, Jasmin Holt, Joseph Moore and Garrett Moore; and his great grandchild Maverick.
