Anna Holsclaw Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Anna Holsclaw of Louisville, Kentucky, who passed away on December 19, 2022, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Martin McAdam and Molly McAdam; and her siblings, Moira Beam and Francis McAdam. She is survived by: her husband Roy Holsclaw; her daughters, Deanna Cook (Brad) and Moira Fauth (Michael); her grandsons, Matthew Cook and Ethan Cook; and her sisters, Alice Neuner (Norman), Cathleen Summers (Terry) and Susy McAdam. She is also survived by Numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in Anna's honor to organizations she cared most about: Moving Forward limb loss support group http://www.ampmovingforward.com or The Epilepsy Foundation of Kentuckiana.
