She was predeceased by : her parents, Frank Sams and Mary Sams; her daughter Beverly Mees; her grandson Brad Herbert; her siblings, Marybeth Martin and Hobert Sams; and her son-in-law Ronnie Allison.
She is survived by : her pet Abby; her children, Kenneth Herbert (Debbie), Janice Allison and Stevie Herbert (Tammy); her grandchildren, Amy Pruitt (Dave), Heather Dean, Jeremy Allison, Daniel Herbert (Crystie), Shannon Herbert, Brian Herbert (Rebecca), Brandon Herbert (Elizabeth), Brittany McKim (Justin) and Brooke Herbert (CK); and her son-in-law Steve Mees.
