He is survived by: his wife Victoria Harned Sturgeon; his children, Elisabeth Sturgeon Northup, Arthur Thomas Sturgeon III (Paige) and Christina Victoria Sturgeon; and his grandchildren, Meaghan Michelle Northup, Robert Joshua Northup, Arthur Thomas Sturgeon IV, Walker Douglas Sturgeon and Julia Renée Sturgeon.
