He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. Arthur Hurst and Marian Hurst (Arata). He is survived by: his wife Donna Hurst; his children, Arthur Hurst III, Jennifer Steffen (Josh) and Elizabeth Hurst; and his grandchildren, Avery, Ellie and Winston.
