He was predeceased by: his parents, Arvin, Sr. Jamison and Mary Lou Jamison; his wife Carol Ann Jamison; and his brother Monroe Jamison. He is survived by: his grandchildren, Tammy Knifley (Kelly), Todd Jamison (Jenny), Allison Woosley (Shawn), Chris Jamison, Stephanie Jamison (Corey Stevenson) and Mary Breeden. He is also survived by several great grandchildren, step grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be directed to Highland Baptist Church in his name.
