She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Willard and Floretta Willard (Gaulbert); her husband Charles Ishmael; her children, Kenneth Ishmael and Kelly Sue Ishmael; and her brother Jack Willard.
She is survived by: her children, Steve Ishmael (Jenise), Kevin Ishmael (Karen), Craig Ishmael (Betty) and Melissa Ishmael; her grandchildren, Amanda, Sarah Beth, Amber, Courtenay and Madison; and her great grandchildren, Dylan, Mackenzie, MaryAnn, Ryan, Cayleigh, Hayden, Gabe, Izabella, Michael, Jasper, Colton and Madelyne. She is also survived by Nieces, Nephews, Extended Family.
The family requests that contributions in Audrey's memory be made to Susan B. Komen Foundation.
