She was predeceased by: her parents, William Brown and Valeria Brown (Sea); and her siblings, Marvin, Charlie Brown and Maggie B. Wells.
She is survived by: her husband Tommy Russell; her children, Chris Russell (Shelley), Bradley Russell (Grace) and Leigh Anne Morehead (Eddie); her grandchildren, Jessica (John), Scott (Ashley), Rebecca (Nick), Chelsea, Kara, Sarah (Danny), Thomas, John, Hannah and Savannah; and her siblings, Forest Brown (Betty Lee), Marie Hyatt, Beulah Baxter and Shelby Leathers. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, the American Cancer Society or plant a tree through A Living Tribute.
