She was predeceased by: her husband Charles J. Vest; her parents, Truitt Perkins and Pearl Perkins; and her siblings, Robert, Michael, Richard Perkins, Shirley Bryant, Betty Bowling and Lula Prewitt.
She is survived by: her children, Charles T. Vest (Janelle) of Clarksville and Rita Vest of Louisville; her siblings, Debbie Marlene Grasham (George), Margie Thomas and Greg Perkins; and her close friend Rita Stayton. She is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
