He was predeceased by: his parents, Bobby Lee Parks, Sr. and Mary Nell Rudolph Parks; and his son Bobby Lee Parks, III (BJ). He is survived by: his wife Stacey Parks; his daughter Kennedi Morgan Alexandria Parks (LaMichael); his granddaughter Brooklyn Keith; his siblings, Edward Rudolph, Walter Rudolph (Deborah), Wayland Coe (Samela), Timothy Coe, Frances Parks, Andrea Sinclair (Thomas), Barbara Turner (Desmond), Rhonda Cole Jacqui (James) and Kathryn Fields (Wendell); and his aunt Charlene Rudolph. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the New Zion Baptist Church (1501 Louis Coleman Jr Drive, Louisville, KY 40211). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
