With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Brenda Deanna Fontana of Louisville, Kentucky, born in Richmond, Virginia, who passed away on October 6, 2024 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, George Hobert Holder and Flora Pearl Holder (Cochran); her husband Gerald L. Fontana; and her siblings, Brent Holder and Barbara Browning (Holder).

She is survived by: her children, Dennis Evan Fontana, Bonnie Marie (Fontana), Miller (Barry), Stephen Troy Fontana (Pamela), Dana Lee (Fontana) and Reyna (Victor); and her friend Donnie Ellis. She is also survived by 4 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews, extended family, friends, and neighbors.
