He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Joseph and Rosa Cundiff Hines. He is survived by: his wife Willa Mullins Hines; his children, Paula McLemore (Warren) and Charles Hines (Monica); his grandchildren, Tom, Allen, William, Claire Hines, Griffin and Campbell McLemore; and his sister Barbara Hester (Rod).
