He was predeceased by: his parents, William A. Wethington and Mary Segars; his former wife Diane Wethington; his brother Jay Wethington; his stepfather Virgil Segars; and his stepbrother Larry Marksberry.
He is survived by: his wife Renee Wethington (Larimore); his daughters, Marla Welp (Dwayne) and Shawn Hayden; his stepchildren, Leslie Carlton (Mickey) and Ashlee Schaaf (Garry); his grandchildren, Scott Stewart (Jelita), Autumn West, Destiny Morrison (Chris), Breanna Troup (Kyle) and Patrick Hayden (Annie); his stepgrandsons, Tyler Hayden, Bret Carlton, Tyler Carlton, Trevor Walker and Trent Schaaf; his great grandchildren, Caleb, Aubrey, Jazlynn, Julian, Jayliyah, Javius, Jaden, Judith, Josiah, Kyndall, Azzahra, Camilla, Yusef and Omar; his siblings, Raymond Wethington (Linda) and Tammy Hatfield (Jeff); his mother-in-law Lorine Larimore; and his brothers-in-law, Terry Larimore and Steve Larimore (Sandy).
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 12th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Monday, October 13th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Evergreen Funeral Home (4623 Preston Hwy, Louisville, KY 40213). A celebration of life will be held on Monday, October 13th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the same location.
