He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Francis (John Riley Milliner) and Charles. He is survived by: his wife Dorothy; his children, Diane (Daniel), Barry (Becky), Carol and Nancy (Nelda); his daughter-in-law Paula; his sister-in-law Lois Milliner; and his grandchildren, Seth, Jenny, Denise, Paul, Patrick, Kristen, Whitney and Sam. He is also survived by 14 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to Dare to Care, an organization close to Charlie and Dorothy's hearts, as a way to honor his memory.
