He was predeceased by : his father George Blair, Jr. (Chet). He is survived by : his wife Lee; his mother Virginia Caldwell; his daughter Adrienne Lee; his grandsons, Ethan Happy and Eli Happy; and his siblings, Ron Blair, Wendell Blair and Brenda Klein. He is also survived by relatives and friends.

A reception will be held on Saturday, June 15th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Community Room at Glenmary Grove Apartments (8700 Old Bardstown Rd, Louisville, KY 40291).
