She is survived by: her parents, Patti Combs of Austin and Scott Creech of Austin, Indiana.; her husband Steven Kyle Moore; her brothers, Tony Amick (Brittany) of Scottsburg, Kyle Combs of Austin, Scott Moore (Steph) of Scottsburg, Justin Moore (Lisa) of Charlestown and Chris Moore (Jacki) of Scottsburg, Indiana; her parents-in-law, Lou Moore (Bert) of Scottsburg and Michael Moore (Lisa) of Orange Grove, TX; and also Laina Vaughn (Ben) of Scottsburg, Indiana. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
