She was predeceased by: her parents, Autie Guy and Mary Guy (Hughes); her brothers, Donald Hughes Guy and Ronald Reid Guy; and her grandmother Mary "Mammy" Valeria Vinson.
She is survived by: her son Stephen R. Gillenwater.
