He was predeceased by: his siblings, Dennis Shea and Shirley Sisco. He is survived by: his spouse Jacky Shea (Carter); his daughters, Kimberly Shea-Nelson (Charles), Angela Carter-Lanon and Tiffany Carter-Edison (Arthur); and his siblings, Maxwell Biddle, Carol Ann Bouchard (Charles), Nancy Lee and Roberta Shea. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
