She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Jack Hill and Geraldine Hill; her sons, Clay Armstrong and Chris Chambers (Charity); her husband Tim Hazelwood; her grandchildren, Natori, Jenesis Armstrong, Jaedyn Chapple (Ezra) and Corbyn Chambers; and her sister Sandy Baird (Larry).
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 11th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Fern Creek Funeral Home (5406 Bardstown Rd, Louisville, KY 40291).
