He is survived by: his wife Joyce Spanyer; his sons, Brent Carlton (Beth), Brian Carlton (Tonya), Brad Carlton and Chris Carlton; his granddaughters, Shelby Phoenix (Dale), Sydney Carlton, Emma Carlton, Maggie Carlton and Avery Carlton; his siblings, Joe Carlton (Cindy), Denise Fee (Doug) and Beth Blanton (Ben); and his friends, Jerry Rankin and Doug Fee. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 2nd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions (235 Juneau Dr, Louisville, KY 40243). A celebration of life will be held on Monday, June 2nd 2025 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the same location.
