He is survived by : his wife Dianne Daniel; his children, Sarah Daniel and Drew Daniel (Mary Beth); his grandsons, River Daniel, James Russell and Nolan Russell; and his siblings, Russell Daniel (Sue), Anita Voughan and Betty Dempsey.

Visitation was held on Friday, April 26th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints (7116 West Highway 22, Crestwood, Kentucky 40014). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 26th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
