It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Doris Jeane Skaggs Peo of Louisville, Kentucky, who passed away on May 6, 2024, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Junius H. Clarke and Hilda Simmons Clarke; her former husband Gerald Richard Skaggs; and her siblings, Junius H. Clarke, Jr. and Laverne Powers.
She is survived by: her husband Vic Peo; her children, Paula Ruble (Scott), Gerald R. Skaggs, Jr. (Olivia), Janice Wahnowsky (Ted), Jon Skaggs (Diane) and James Mark Skaggs (Missy); her grandchildren, Christy Hedges, Brad Decker, Holly McDaniel, Jennifer Skaggs, Jessica Gooch, Stephanie Ryall, Josh Wahnowsky, Blaine Skaggs, Bryce Skaggs and Elijah Skaggs; and her siblings, Lloyd Clarke and Deborah Clarke. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
