It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dorothy James of Louisville, Kentucky, born in Buffalo, New York, who passed away on April 7, 2024, at the age of 99, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Thaddeus Jaworski and Valeria Jaworski (Krawczyk); her husband Lloyd; and her siblings, Rose, Rita, Mary, Walter, Joe, Matt, Mike and Sam.

She is survived by : her children, Gary James (Debbie) of Louisville and Karen Barnhart (Doug) of Louisville; her grandchildren, Holly Barger (Brian), Andrew Kent, Jessica Grego (Mike) and Evan James (Morgan); and her great grandchildren, Charlie, George Barger, Arthur and Mary Grego. She is also survived by several nephews and nieces.
