She is survived by: her children, Holly Everett, Aaron Everett and Shane Shultz (Diana); her grandchildren, Cody Shultz and Shaine Thomas Shultz (Sierra); her great grandchildren, Jasper and Ryland Shultz; and her brother Henry Siefert.
Visitation will be held on Monday, December 8th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Ratterman Southwest Funeral Home (4832 Cane Run Rd, Louisville, KY 40216). A celebration of life will be held on Monday, December 8th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
