He is survived by: his wife Barbara Bowen; his children, Cecil Bowen (Regina), Curtis Bowen (Vergie), Lonzo Bowen, Melvin Bowen (Tammy), Anthony Bowen and Lisa Anderson (Tim Sr.); and his brother Thornton Bowen (Tina). He is also survived by grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, December 16th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the A. D. Porter and Sons Funeral Home - Southeast (4501 Bardstown Rd, Louisville, KY 40218). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, December 16th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
