He is survived by: his children, Charles Joseph Otte, Jr. (Mary), Kathleen Ryan (Rocky) and Cyndi Burns (Ulis); his sister Ramona Sester (Milton); and his grandchildren, Kendrick Taughter, Adrienne Barnett, Lindsay Davenport (Nathan), Jody Otte (Christine), Andrea Burns (Tammy) and Alexander Burns. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews, and great grandchildren.
