As Edwin departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Edwin may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Edwin leaves behind.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William Alexander Fisher and Ann Lee Fisher; and his wife Phyllis Fisher. He is survived by: his son Edwin "Ed" R. Fisher; his daughter-in-law Denise; and his grandchildren, Hannah Fisher and Lexie Fisher.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 6th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Resthaven Funeral Home (4400 Bardstown Rd, Louisville, KY 40218). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 6th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
