He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Mott and Marie Mott; and his sons, Jerry Mott and Ricky Mott. He is survived by: his wife Florence "Sug" Mott; and his siblings, Delbert Mott (Gertrude) and Vennie Merryman (Sammy). He is also survived by nieces; nephews; and many great-nieces and nephews.

Due to current social distancing restrictions, funeral services will be private.
