She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Lincoln White and Susie Edna Scott White (Scott); and her siblings, Wallace White, Ben White, James White, Lincoln White, Jr., Abra White and Susie Barnett.

She is survived by: her son Nava Ernesto Moore (Donisha); her grandchildren, Elijah Moore, Maleigha Moore and Ariya Moore; and her sisters, Elizabeth Newby (Earl), Barbara Porter and Martha Richardson.

The family requests that contributions in Ernestine's memory be made to American Cancer Society.
