Ethel (Weppler) McGinity Obituary
We are sad to announce that on June 12, 2025, at the age of 96, Ethel (Weppler) McGinity (Louisville, Kentucky) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Weppler and Ethel Weppler of Louisville; her husband Edward McGinity; and her siblings, Rudy, William, Earl, Charles Weppler, Dorothy Gray, Ida Blaze and Ruth Weppler.
She is survived by: her daughters, Kathy Lush (Stephen) and Terry Bohr (Brent); her grandchildren, Stephanie Bohr, Erica Jenkins, Matthew Bohr and Alec Lush; and her great grandchildren, Eliza Mae and Parker Jo.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 16th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Owen Funeral Homes - Dixie Highway (5317 Dixie Hwy, Louisville, KY 40216). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, June 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Owen Funeral Home (5317 Dixie Hwy, Louisville, KY 40216).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Colonial House.
