In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his father Francis Fowler. He is survived by: his mother Mary Fowler; his wife Kathy Ramsier Fowler; his daughters, Shannon Fowler (Melissa Sargent) and Jamie Lawrence (Michael); and his grandchildren, Mackenzie and Kaleb Lawrence.
