She was predeceased by: her parents, Helen Matsko Perkins and Dr. George Perkins. She is survived by: her brother George Gary Perkins (Joan); her nieces, Eileen Visser, Amy Perkins and Catherine Perkins; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Emma Visser, Heide Visser, Scott Visser and Zachary Cuccialanza; and her husband John Aloysius Sullivan.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, December 17th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Arch L. Heady & Son-Cralle Funeral Home & Cremation Services (2428 Frankfort Ave, Louisville, KY 40206). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, December 17th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Arch L. Heady - Cralle Funeral Home (2428 Frankfort Ave, Louisville, KY 40206). A committal service will be held on Wednesday, December 17th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Cave Hill Cemetery (701 Baxter Ave, Louisville, KY 40204).
