She was predeceased by: her parents, Pauline Carpenter and Evander Carpenter; and her brother Rudolph Jeans. She is survived by: her grandchildren, Tasha Bloomfield (Art), Jessica Wallace, Darius, Amaya and Amare; her niece Angela Jeans; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Evander and Alexander; her cousins, Julia Turner, Eric Turner, Dr. Monique Turner, Cleveland Triplett and Kitty Dear; and her friends, Ada Sheridan and Sissy.
