We are sad to announce that on April 18, 2024, at the age of 99, Gladys Louise Miller of Louisville, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Louis Schanie and Tilda Schanie; her husband Joseph Miller Sr.; her son Stephen Miller; her son-in-law Wayne Thomas; and her siblings, Elsie Weaver, Raymond, Irvin and Kermit Schanie.

She is survived by : her children, Joe Miller (Kathy), Bruce Miller (Barbara) and Suzanne Thomas; and her grandchildren, Jennifer Isaac, Kelly McAllister, Craig Miller, Justin Thomas and Laurie Keckhaver. She is also survived by 9 great-grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 24th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Legacy Funeral Center - Nunnelley Chapel (4327 Taylor Blvd, Louisville, KY 40215). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, April 24th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Legacy Funeral Center – Nunnelley Chapel (4327 Taylor Blvd, Louisville, KY 40215).

The family requests condolence donations be made to the Salvation Army, Louisville, Kentucky in honor of Gladys.
