It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Gwendon O. Edwards of Louisville, Kentucky, who passed away on October 25, 2023, at the age of 102, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ermis Wilson (Carwell) and Cebert Wilson; her husband Marshall D. Edwards; and her siblings, Ima Bybee, Maxine Allen, Edmon, Buell, Lowell and Talmadge.

She is survived by: her children, Brett Edwards (Niki), Cheryl Eatmon (Jim) and Rise Jo French (Ron); and her sisters, Laverne Belk and Loretta Rose (Allen). She is also survived by five grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren.
