He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Ray Blakely and Ruth Maxine Priest; and his brother Brad Blakely. He is survived by: his wife Kelly Blakely; his daughter Katie Blakely; his stepchildren, Tara Linfoot and Will Pike (Lisa); his grandchildren, Caleb Barr, Caiden Barr and Graysen Barr; his stepgrandchildren, Katie Jo Goodman, Madison Compton, Logan Compton, TammyLee Pike and Jep Pike; and his sisters, Patricia Gallerin, Margaret Adams and Deborah Gore (Larry).
