In the vast expanse of eternity, Harold Franklin shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Harold Franklin farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.

He was predeceased by: his wife Evelyn; his son Mark; and his brother Robert Allen. He is survived by: his daughter Jill (Vince); his sister Joann; his daughter-in-law Ann; and his granddaughters, Rachel (Darren) and Rebecca (Sherry Clark).

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Fern Creek Highview United Ministries at 9300 Beulah Church Road 40291 in his memory.
