She is survived by: her husband Bozie Greer of Louisville; her children, Anthony Greer and Monica Renee Johnson (Greer); her sister Mary Ann Hammond (Alexander); her grandsons, Quinn Alexander Greer, Grant Alexander Johnson and Christian Randolph Johnson; and her caregivers, Shuntai Paige and Emilie Doades. She is also survived by relatives, in-laws and friends.
Hattie Jean has requested that donations in her loving memory be made to Saint Martin De Porres Catholic Church.
