She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis Quaack and Mary Lee Quaack; her husband Ray Hubbard; her daughters, Eileen Greenwell and Catherine Hubbard; and her brothers, Raymond, Louis Jr. and Melvin Quaack.
She is survived by: her daughters, Monica Kayse and Melinda Vessels; her stepchildren, Barbara Pusey (Paul) and Ray Hubbard; and her son-in-law Don Greenwell. She is also survived by six grandchildren; ten great grandchildren; and two great great grandchildren.
