She is survived by: her daughters, Karen E. Webb of Cincinnati, OH and Pamela; her son-in-law James Borie of Louisville, KY; her granddaughters, Brienne E. Borie of Louisville, KY and Lauren L. Slenker (Nathaniel) of Louisville, KY; and her sister Carolyn Sams of Mt. Pulaski, IL..
