He was predeceased by: his father Herbert Eugene Blincoe Sr.; and his sister Theresa Pennebaker. He is survived by: his children, Michael Martin of Louisville, Tarekalyn of Louisville and Mikelyn Edmondson of Louisville; his mother Nancy A. Blincoe (Alexander); his sister Brenda Blincoe; and his close friends, Tonyia Edmondson and Ruth Stewart. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren, thirteen great grandchildren and one great great grandchild.
