He was predeceased by : his parents, Herschel Arden Meredith, Sr. and Ruth Johnson Meredith. He is survived by : his children, Emily Carey (David, Jr.) and Bradley Meredith; his sister Carol McElheney; his grandsons, Jackson and Colton Carey; his fiancée Connie Tate; and his niece Donna Shockley (Matt).
