He is survived by: his wife Carol Jean Elliott Black; his children, Tracy Leigh Osburn (Frankie), Letitia "Tish" Black-Hughes (Tim) and Travis Bain Black (Lisa); his grandchildren, Cassey Black, Elijah Black, Morgan Mann (Stormy) and Raven Osburn; his sisters-in-law, Pattie Elliott, Reva Black and Elizabeth Ann Black; and his sibling's children, Terre Black Bartley, Tricia Black Anderson and Todd Black. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
