He was predeceased by: his parents, George H. Lamb and Janet L. Lamb (McCrindle); and his parents-in-law, Gilbert and Cora Hardin. He is survived by: his wife Donna M. Lamb (Hardin); his children, Ian Robert Lamb Jr., Shawn Lamb Sr., Heather Lamb Devine (Paul), Kevin Lamb (James), Scott Lamb and Rachel Lamb Webb (Chris); and his family, Mexico Beach and French Lick.

Memorial contributions may be given to United Crescent Hill Ministries (UCHM).
