She was predeceased by: her husband Robert Louis Cecil Sr.; her sons, Robert L. Cecil Jr. and William L. Cecil; her daughter-in-law Peggy Cecil; her granddaughter Jessica Thompson; her great grandchild Abigail Pence; her siblings, Brenda Hardman, Denver Hardman and Clarence Weaver; and her parents, Edgar Lee Hardman Sr. and Ermal Weaver.
She is survived by: her children, Marie Brown (Garry), Steve "Joe" Cecil (Bianca), Mike Cecil and David Cecil (Mickey); her daughter-in-law Jackie Cecil; and her siblings, Ed Hardman Jr., Pat Bopp and Frances Weaver. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren; 41 great- grandchildren; 5 great- great- grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
