He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Vaughan (Livers) and Thomas Homer Vaughan; and his grandson Jason Anthony Vaughan. He is survived by: his significant other Marian Vaughan; his son James T Vaughan (Robin); and his grandson Matthew Ryan Vaughan (Lindsay).
Visitation was held on Thursday, July 17th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions (10304 Dixie Highway, Louisville, KY 40272).
