He is survived by: his wife Ruth Kleitz; his children, Jason Kleitz (Lauren), Daniel Kleitz and Andrew Kleitz; his siblings, Jerry Kleitz Jr., Mike Kleitz (Michelle), Timmy Joe Kleitz (Cathy), Mary Dee Kleitz-Singleton (David), Glen Kleitz (Leigh Anne), Bryan Kleitz (Cristol), Joe Gatewood (Emily) and Tony Kleitz-Swartz (Angie); his son Southside Dr; Expressions. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
