He was predeceased by: his parents, Leon French and Glendolyn French; and his brother Michael French. He is survived by: his wife Anna Janiece Sheroan French; his children, Lisa Mooney (Mike), Chris French (Charlene) and Trina Spray (Johnny); his grandchildren, Ashley French, Hannah Spray, Joshua Spray and Rachel Spray; his siblings, Butch French, Dan French (Dana) and Linda Peak (Dave); and his sister-in-law Myra Sheroan.
A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 15th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Evergreen Funeral Home (4623 Preston Hwy, Louisville, KY 40213). Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 15th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Jim's name to the Arthritis Foundation.
