He is survived by: his children, Robert Sumpter (Sidney), Gregory Foster (Megan Marshall), Caitlyn Foster (John McCutchen), Devan Edwards (Travis), Morgan Foster (Logan Johnson) and Gabriel Foster (Jenny Humphrey); his grandchildren, Zariah Hancock, Rylan Edwards and Harlyn Edwards; and his daughter Dina Alsop Downs.
